You can decide if you want to continue your partnership with us after initial inquiry and receipt of the price quotation. If you say yes, we will partner you with a designer who will help you in creating the design, and in making sure you end up with the ties you want to see.

You will go through this process until you receive your order.

Making the ties

• The first step is to choose the fabric. You can have silk which is lustrous, soft and easy to wash. However, it could only be hand washed. The other option is micro polyester. It is a soft touch fabric which is quite durable it is perfect as a promotional merchandise or as a corporate tie.
• You will then decide the size of the tie. We offer a wide variety of lengths depending on your height. We have a specification table that you can check so you can decide how long or wide your tie should be. The three basic categories are adult, youth and kids. You may modify them thought if they do not fit you well.
• You will then decide the weave. There are four options which include plain, vertical, reppe and horizontal.
• You can choose the color for the ties. Mixing of colors and color blocking are allowed.
• If you want to add logo on the tie, it is also possible. You can decide where to position the logo, and how big it would be.
• Once this process is over, you will see the final design. You will then decide if there are changes to be made, or you are happy with it. You will see the colored design in details, including the realistic online graphic version of the tie.
• You will be informed of the final price of the ties along with the arrival date.
• You can decide to pick the tie up at our store, or have us send the order to you.
• If you decide to reproduce the tie the next time, you do not need to pay for the design fee. You will simply pay the cost for producing the ties.

Alterations

We allow alterations under the following circumstances:

• For the design, you can keep changing the plan until you are satisfied. You may present samples of similar ties you want to have. The designer will patiently work with you until you see the tie you want to have.
• For the actual ties, you will only be allowed to request for modifications once. If the changes are because we did not accurately follow the original design plan, there are no charges. However, if you have last-minute change of mind, you need to pay from the second modification onwards.
• Only minor adjustments are allowed. Major revisions that destroy the integrity of the tie will require full payment.
