A: Customized products mean that you can decide on the detail that you want to include. In the case of customized ties, you can decide what fabric to use, the dimension of the ties, color and style, additional words and logo, and many others. The limitless options will allow you to reflect your brand and value.
A: Yes. If you do not want customized ties, you can buy products that were already done. You can ask us to tweak these ties to add logo, names or words. Additional charges apply for the changes.
A: There is no general price for all our ties. Everything depends on your chosen design. Complex designs with expensive fabric choices come with a higher cost. You will receive a price quotation before you decide whether you will continue the transaction with us. The price will also vary depending on the number of ties you order with the same design.
A: Yes. From one to thousands, we can provide you with ties under the same design.
A: Yes. You will receive a breakdown of the payment before you decide if you will pursue.
A: If you decide to order customized boxes, they come with a price. Additional tweaks not agreed upon at the beginning will also come with a cost. However, we do not charge anything extra that you are not aware of.
A: Yes. We can make things happen based on the design you have in mind.
A: Let us know when you want to receive the order and we will try our best. Usually, we can finish the ties within 2-3 days for express delivery, but it comes with additional cost. Not all types of ties could be finished within this time frame though. We reserve the right to decline express delivery if we are unable to do it.
Standard delivery is around 3-4 weeks for woven ties. For printed ties, it is around two weeks. Novelty ties would also take around two weeks. Printed scarves will be finished in a week, and silk scarves would take a month to finish.
If you did not receive your order on the agreed time, we will be responsible for it.
